AZBox Me has an amount of peripherals at its disposal which will make your experience with it much more pleasant. Mouse, wireless keyboard, wireless keyboard with a trackball mouse … etc. In addition to this kind of peripherals, we can also improve our AZBox Me with external HDD and memory sticks in order to increase its versatility and memory, and even connect a WiFi antenna by USB, without having to strech your connection wire to the living room.

AZBox Me has a 4 x 4 connectivity, it can be connected to old TV (CTR) as well as to the trendiest screens ( TFT, Led, etc…) without forgetting the most sophisticated projectors.

This feature could be the one which makes the AZbox Me more attractive, because this term means that the AZbox Me can be used by any of the current 3 OS which it has installed: Android , Neutrino and E2.
Android: It´s a OS focused on apps, widgets, internet and media files, without forgetting that its interface is so simple that it could be used by anyone.
Neutrino: it is based on Linux and it has been being used for years on different receptors, which guarantees security and stability. Besides it uses very little resources and, added to the AZbox Me powerful processor, we get a speed never seen before in television receivers.
E2: politically incorrect, this OS main feature is that it was made by and for the community. Over the years , it has been transformed into a powerful software with many plugins, advances and dialy news.

You can choose between DVB-S2 to enjoy the best from satellite channels, or you can opt for the new revolutionary hybrid tuner. DVB-T2 and DVB-C through the lateral cardholder, we can use an official card for any pay-TV providers (satellite, TDT, cable or IPTV) and the homesharing, which, with a card and an application, share the signal with other receivers in your house.
It includes the EPG guide, and the option to have IPTV and enjoy the extensive list of channels from different providers.

Despite its small appearance, AZBox has many storage possibilities. You can use it with an internal Sata ora n external e-Sata, as well as plug in throguh the USB connector any hard drive or memory stick, or you can even use your home conexión through the “samba, nfs, etc…” protocols in order to share your computer’s hard drive as it was a internal one.

Blind Scan

The Blind Scan function lets you scan all channels introducing the chosen frequency range (whether they are or not saved in the memory receiver) and, of course, you can choose the satellite and the transponder too. It is a powerful function with control over the parameters of the search.

RSS Reader

AZBox HD models are capable of reading RSS feeds. This option is fully customizable by end user in various ways, enabling you to add any kind of RSS feeds provided by web sites as on-line news, blogs, among others.

FTP Client

AZBox HD also comes with FTP Client which allows you to connect with AZBox HD to any local or remote FTP server and to store files on it, or to download them to AZBox HD attached HDD.

Connectivity

AZBox Ultra HD is equipped with a high range of connectors: 2 USB connectors (one on Front side, second on Rear side), that allow users to connect portable media or external USB HDD, to use USB like internal HDD for PVR / Time Shift and media center functions. AZBox HD is also equipped with HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) output to enjoy the best picture and audio quality in Full HD 1080p. However to keep the possibility to be used at all screens AZBox HD have digital optical audio output, Composite video (YPBPR), Video and stereo audio RCA.
